Effective October 9, 2026. These terms are between you and Archie Design App LLC (“we”).
What SeasonHue is
SeasonHue offers a seasonal color analysis quiz, palettes and styling guides. Seasonal color analysis is a styling convention, not a scientific or medical measurement. Results depend on your answers, your lighting and your screen, and are for personal styling ideas only.
The personal color report
The report is a one-time purchase of US$9.99 (plus any tax shown at checkout), with no subscription. You must be 18 or older, or have the agreement of a parent or guardian. After payment, the report page builds your report in your browser from your saved quiz result; the report link reopens it on the device where you took the quiz, and you can retake the quiz on another device to rebuild it. You may print or save it for personal use.
Refunds
See the refund policy: if you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Content
Palettes, hex codes and text on this site are original work. You may use hex codes and downloaded wallpapers for personal use.
Availability and changes
We may update the tools, palettes and these terms. The site is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid.
